[by telegraph.— association.] Chiustchubch, Friday. Judgment was given by Mr. Justice Denniston in the case of George Selbie v. John Cecil Manchester and Arthur Shaw, claim of £1000 damages arising out of a trap and motor accident at Timaru. After reviewing, the evidence, His Honor decided that one defendant must be struck out, leaving -plaintiff (who is a farmer) to elect which. Judgment for £400 would be given against the other.
