A • city councillor, and head of the building firm of Trevor and Son, Mr. James Trevor, to-day fell from a scaffold on a building his firm is erecting in Welling, ton. He fell about 27ft, and his left collarbone was broken and left arm severely cut about, while, his head, was . cut and bruised in several ■. places.
