PROPERTY SALES. There was a large attendance yesterday, when Mr. Louis Lewis offered for sale by auction a property in the Ep«om-Mount Albert Road, known as " Summerleas," consisting of a 10-roomed residence, on a section having a frontage of 192 ft by a depth of 490 ft. Although bidding was spirited, the reserve was not reached, and the propertywas retained for private sale. Messrs. T.
