PRESS AND THE ARMY.
PRESENTATION OF COLOURS. By Telegraph.— Association.— London, June 20. King Edward presented their colours to 108 units of the Territorial Army at Windsor Castle yesterday. The spectators included the delegates to the Press Conference and a number of members of Parliament. His Majesty cordially congratulated Mr. Haldane, Secretary for War, on the success of his efforts in organising the Territorials. Sir Hugh Graham (Montreal Star), in recognition of the pleasure derived from the reviews, has given £100 to the soldiers' orphans fund, and a similar sum to the sailors' orphans fund.
