,P [by telegraph.—press association.] .< • \ Wellington, Wednesday. , Recently the Wellington Headmasters' Association handed to the press a lengthy statement complaining that teachers were called out in charge of cadets too frequently and without due consideration, also that there was too much display, which was superseding efficiency. •. '.• .The.'' matter was referred by the Wellington Education Board to Mr. R. Lee (chairman) and Captain McDonald, who have decided that the occasions upon which j the cadets have been asked out were not too frequent, and were suitable occasions, sufficient reason having been given in each case.. ,
