BOOTMAKERS' CONGRESS.
.» . [BT TELEGRAPH.— press ASSOCIATION.] Christchcrch, Sunday. The congress of the New Zealand Bootmakers' Federation will open here tomorrow. Delegates from Auckland, New Plymouth, Wellington, Dunedin, and Invercargill will be present. Tho purpose of the congress is to draw up amendments to the existing Arbitration Court award for submission to the conference of the Boot Manufacturers' Federation, which is to be held here on the 13th inet.
