A PORTER'S SUICIDE.

[BY TELEGRAPH. —rRESS ASSOCIATION.] Nai-ieu, Sunday. A young man of about 30 years of age, named Joseph Wooster, who was cmployed as a night porter at the Caledonian Hotel, committed suicide early this morning. He was found at about 6.30 a.m. in one of the sitting-room armchairs quite dead, with a bullet wound in his forehead, and holding a revolver in his right hand and a cigarette in the other. He was a sober, steady, and reliable man. His wife* lives at Blenheim. There are no children.
