THAT after her said marriage your Petitioner lived and cohabited with the said Daniel Jamieson at Palmerston North, Morere. and Auckland, and at other places , in the North Island of this Dominion. 3. THAT there are issue of the said mar- ■, riage two children, namely. Charles John Jamieson, aged nine years, and Jean Jamie- • son, aged seven years. 4. THAT in the month of June. 1903. the said Daniel Jamieson wilfully deserted your Petitioner and without any such cause has left her continuously so deserted for a period of over live years. WHEREFORE YOUR PETITIONER HUMBLY (L.S.) PRAYS :- 1. THAT the marriage solemnised between vonr Petitioner and the said Daniel Jamieson on the 23rd day ot i October. 1897, be dissolved. 2. THAT your Petitioner be granted the custody of the infant children of the said marriage. 3. THAT the said Daniel Jamieson he ordered to pay the costs of and incidental to these proceedings. <1.5.) WHEREAS JANE JAMIESON. of Napier, in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, claiming to have been lawfully married to you, has tiled her Petition against you in our said Court, praying for a dissolution of marriage, wherein she alleges that you have wilfully deserted her and have left her continuously so deserted for a period of over Five years, NOW, this is to command you that within 28 days after service hereof on you, inclusive of the day of such service, you do appear in our said Court, then and there to make answer to the said Petition, a copy I whereof, sealed with the Seal of our said Court, is hereunto annexed. AND TAKE NOTICE that, in default of your so doing, the said Court will proceed to hear the said charge proved in due course of law, and to pronounce sentence therein your absence notwithstanding.
