WHANGAREI REGATTA ENTRIES. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Whakgarei, Monday. Splendid entries have been received for the regatta to be held on New Tear's Day. All the Auckland clubs will be represented. For the light-weight maidens six crews have been en-. tered and for the heavy-weight maidens nine. Other entries are: Open juniors, four; single sculls, seven; country clubs, lour; Whangarei fours, four. TRIAL FOURS AT WHANGAREI. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPOSDEXT.] Whakgarki, Monday. Trial fours were rowed ,on Thursday for club trophies, with the following results First heat: Condon's crew beat Kivell's crew. Second heat: F. Marshall's crew beat J. Marshall's., Semifinal': Condon's crew beat J. Marshall's crew. Final: Condon's crew (Condon, Dunn, 11. Culpan, and Drower) beat F. Marshall's crew (Marshall, Reeve, J. Weeks, and Cook).
