HAYTI'S NEW PRESIDENT.
GENERAL SIMON ELECTED. By Telegraph.— Press Association —CopyrigHt London, December 18. A despatch received from Port au Prince states that General Simon, who started the revolution in the South against President Nord Alexis, which resulted in the flight of the aged ruler, has been peacably elected President of Hayti.
