Christciwrch, Thursday. At the Supreme Court to-day divorces were granted as foilowe: —Ellen Davidson Dunn v. William James Dunn, desertion, decree nisi; Elizabeth Malarky v. Francis Malarky, desertion, decree nisi; Thomas Bowis v. Eliza How is, misconduct with George Hand, decree nisi, coste against botii respondent and co-respondent; George Wallace Jolly v. Isabel! .Jolly, misconduct with a man named Ogle, decree at? prayed, and costs against Ogle; Thomas Horten v. Annie Horten, misconduct with Daniel Dowie, decree ni«si, with an order for custody of child and cost*, against •co-rcsnoa-dwifc. '
