Some-months ago Mr. Ilowoy Walker moved to larger premises—a handsnmo and liberally-equipped suite of seven rooms at the corner opposite D.S.C.. This is probably the best-appointed suite of dental rooms in Australasia, tho furnishings aro in exquisite taste, and an air of prosperity pervades tho whole premises. : fj i, Tlio sumptuous manner in .'which Pears' Annual for 1908 is produced is worthy of tho noted artists who have painted its lovely presentation pictures, and of the great writer, Washington Irving, whose entrancing description of an old-world Christmas is given, with numerous choice illustrations in colours and tint?.
