THE PARIS CONGRESS. By Telegraph.— Association.— (Received October 9, 1 a.m.) ■■:■■: :} . , Paris October 8. At the International Conference, which is being held to discuss the subject of refrigeration. Mr. Gilbert Anderson, representing New Zealand, read a paper on "The Necessity for an International Standard of Meat Inspection." The conference adopted the resolution which Mr. Anderson submitted. . The New Zealand Act was also submitted ns a suitable standard for inspection. The proposal adopted appoints an international committee to fix the units and symbols used in i-efrigerating industries.
