A HURRICANE AT MANILA. . By Telegraph.—Press Association.Copyright. Manila, October 5. Admiral Sperry's Atlantic fleet, while at anchor in the harbour at Manila, safely rode out a hurricane, the rate of which was nearly a hundred miles an hour. The fleet then proceeded to the safer anchorage at Cavite.
