Arthur Pinnington was bathing in a,creek '.:■-■ ; ' with two companions, when he suddenly , : collapsed and sank in 10u of water. Ek • .companions endeavoured to rescue him, but ' without success, and the body was afterwaids recovered by Constable Maher.-The ' deceased was 36 years of age, and leaves ■ a wife and family. An inquest will be , held by the City Coroner (Mr. Thos. Gresham), at the deceased's late residence, at ,;'^isr noon to-day.
