FOUND DROWNED.
[BV TELEGRAPH. — OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Hamilton, Monday. The body of Mr. W. Douglas Scott was found yesterday in the Waikato River, about 200 yds above the railway bridge. About six weeks back deceased left the employ of the Waikato Brewery Company, and subsequently spent a week at Ngaruawahia. The body was discovered by some members of the Rowing Club. Mr. Scott was formerly an auctioneer in the Opunake district, and. was a married man about 46 years of "age.
