J?™* 'With a view to providing Accommodation for Tourists and others visiting the Colony, the Government of Fiji is prepared to Lease a Portion of Land, about 2 acres in extent (which will be reclaimed by the Government for the purpose), having its frontage on Victoria Parade, for the Erection of a Modern Hotel. The term of the Lease will be fifty years, with the option of renewing the same for a further period of twenty-five years, and the rent one shilling per annum. The Government will refund to the lessee all such duty as shall have been paid upon material imported by the lessee for the actual construction of the hotel premises.
