{BY TELEGRAPH. —SPECIAL CORRESPONDENT. *1 Wellington, Tuesday. It is stated that a number 01 Government supporters arc determined to. stonewall the Second Ballot Bill. The Opposition also will oppose it. Indeed,? there seems to be a, pretty general consensus of opinion that til" Government has adopted a bad principle, and thai there are many legitimate objections to such a Bill becoming law.
