— ■*■ [BY TELEGRAPH. association.] Chkistchurch, The plans referred to in the report of Messrs. Goode, Son, and Matthews regarding the extension of Lyitelton Harbour and the Sumner-Heathcote canal have been received by the secretary of the Lyttelton Harbour Board (Mr. C. Hood Williams), and they are being lithographed. The plans each measure about 3£ft by 2ft, and go into all the details referred to in the engineers' report. '
