The Auckland Amateur Boxing Club held a largely-attended meeting on Monday evening, when officers were appointed, Messrs. T. MeGrovern and J. W. H. Martin being unanimously elected joint secretaries, the latter having had ; considerable experience in running tournaments, etc., in Australia.
