A WOMAN'S SUDDEN DEATH.
[by TELKCBAPII. — OWN" CORRESPONDENT.] • Waihi, Thursday. An inquest touching the sudden death of Mrs. Jacob Irwin, which took place at the Waihi District Hospital yesterday, at noon, was held last evening at the courthouse, before the district Coroner, Mr. Wallnutt. After hearing the evidence, the jury, without retiring, brought in the following verdict: "That deceased, Mabel Annie Irwin, met her death on the 17th inst., through blood-poisoning, the result of it certain event."
