Cambridge, Wednesday. The fourth week of the North Island Egglaying Association's competition was eoneluded on Friday. The number of eggs laid during the week was 706, the total number laid since May. 16 being 1868. The leading pens to date follow: Light breeds: Harrison and Oration's white Leghorns, 79: E. W. Armstrong's white Leghorns, 79; Tlios. Hall's white Leghorns, 75: A. R. Browne's white Leghorns, 62; C. D. Beatson's white Leghorns, 60. Heavy breeds: E. Veale'.s black Orpingtons, 124; Miss O. Roberts' silver Wyandotte?, 103; Cambridge Chamber of Commerce's white Orpingtons, 94: Waikato. Central Association's black Orpingtons, 75; J. I. Whitehouso's buff Orpingtons, 56.
