CHANGE IN AUDITING. [BY TELEGRAPH.— CORRESPONDENT.] Tk KriTi. Wednesday. Till-: Prime Minister, in his speech here to-night, indicated that the present system of public auditing would be further improved, as he proposed bringing down during the- coming session a complete change in the system of auditing public account.". All accounts would in future be audited after payment, instead of before.
