Rutherford, M.P. On Monday the focal residents intend to meet Sir Joseph on the banks of the Waiau, and impress upon him the necessity of putting the bridge in hand without delay. He will then nne on to Christehureh, where arrangements have been made for him to deliver a political address in His Majesty's Theatre.
