OiiusTuiiuiii'ii, Thursday. Sir Joseph W'.UM) will arrive here tomorrow from the South, on his way to Oxford, where he will deliver a political addicts. On Saturday he will go on to Cheviot, and will attend a social given by the residents. On Sunday he will cross the Waiau and visit Mendip Hills, where he will be the guest of Mr. A. W. Rutherford, M.P. On Monday the focal residents intend to meet Sir Joseph on the banks of the Waiau, and impress upon him the necessity of putting the bridge in hand without delay. He will then nne on to Christehureh, where arrangements have been made for him to deliver a political address in His Majesty's Theatre.
