THE OSWESTRY GRANGE. . Tlie New Zealand and African Steamship Company's steamer Oswestry Grange leaves Liverpool on June 27 for New Zealand ports, via Melbourne and Sydney. THE BUCEROS. The steamer Buceros, from New York direct to Auckland, is now about due with a cargo of general merchandise for Auckland and other New Zealand ports. THE WANAKA The Union Company's steamer Wanaka. Captain W. Stevens, arrived from the South, Napier, and Gisborne at 2.30 p.m. yesterday and berthed at, the llcbson-street Wharf to discharge her cargo of grain and produce. The Wanaka left- the Bluff at. 5 p.m. on May 27 and called at Oamaru, Timaru, Napier, and, Oisborne. She left the lastmentioned port, for Auckland at 11.40 a.m. on Wednesday ami arrived as above. The steamer experienced north-easterly winds until pawing Olivier' Island, when the wind freshened considerably, lasting until arrival. THE HAUROTO. The Union Company's steamer Hauroto. Caplain A. D, Chrlsp, arrive 1 Irom the Society and Cook Islands at 3 a.m. yesterday, and after inspection'was granted pratique and berthed at the Queen-street Wharf to discharge her cargo oj fruit and island produce. Of the round voyage the purser reports: The Hauroto left Auckland at 9 p.m. on .May 12, and experienced a moderate south-west breeze, with overcast sky, up to the 16th. thence a. heavy sea until the 18th, when the weather moderated. Arrived at Barotonga at 6.26 a.m. on the 19th and left again at 2 p.m. for Kaiatea, arriving there at 3.50 p.m. on the 21st. Departed the same day at 4.40 p.m. for Papeete, and arrived there at 6.30 a.m. on the 22nd. Lett Papeete at 4.15 p.m. on the 23rd tor Iluahine. arriving (here early next morning. Departed from Huahine at 9.40 a.m. the same day (tNe 24th) and anived at Raiatea at mid-day. Lett Kaiatea at 4 p.m. on the 24th, arriving at Aitutaki at 1 p.m. on the 26th, and departed from there at 6.25 p.m. the same day for Mangaia. Arrived at Mangaia at 2.3 C p.m. on the 27th. leaving the game day at 9.40 p.m. lor Rarotonga, and arrived there at 7.30 a.m. next day. Moderate weather wan experienced throughout the Islands. Departed from Rarotonga for Auckland at 5.20 a.m. on the 29th and arrived as above. Fine clear weather was experienced until June 1, When a strong south-west breeze was met with, continuing for 24 hours only.
