London, June 2. In the House of Lords, the Earl of Crewe, Colonial Secretary, introduced the Irish Planters Bill. The Agricultural Holdings and Small Holdings Allotment Bills have been read a third time.

Mr. Birrell {Chief Secretary for Ireland) announced a week or two ago that itwas intended to introduce a short Bill which would make clear that with the consent of the occupying planter (successor to evicted tenant), the Estates Commissioners of Ireland may reinstate evicted tenants. The Bill, he explained; was rendered necessary by a recent decision of the Irish Court of Appeal.
