Ti.MARtr; Wednesday. The civil sittings of the Supreme Court were opened to-day before Mr. Justice Williams. In a case now being heard, Albert Hoskens, an old man of 70,. is claiming £501 damages from Jeremiah Couolly, plaintiff alleging that, through unskilful and negligent driving, defendant had run over him with a motor-cur, thereby breaking his leg. There are about 40 witnesses in the case, which is expected to last two day?.
