BRIGHTON'S £200,000 SCHEME. Provided the consent of the corporation is obtained, Brighton will in the near future possess the finest pleasure palace in Europe. It is proposed to erect this summer and winter palace tin Brighton Front at a cost of £200,000. But the greatest novelty will be an ice skating rink, the largest in the world. This will cover more than fin acre of ground, and in conjunction with it there will be a toboggan slide. It is intended to provide sleighs drawn by teams of Esquimaux dogs.
