NO-LICENSE V. LICENSE.
Sir, — Mr. Palmar must bear with mo if I S confess that i fail to see the point of his 1 letter. He .-.ays the. stations are a no-license ! area, but what doth that fact avail when a j few yard* away you have the license area? j Whether >rvurcd at station or hotel those | same persons would still be after bottles in- I .-lead of glasses. As a remedy would he [ license the trains and transform the guard s into a publican? I think my letter proved I a serious lack of supervision on the part of the authorities. That such scenes could j take place disgraces those in charge. As to j exaggeration, would that there were! T. A. WILLIAM*.
