A man named Detitticluiiaiu) murdered hi? wife and shot his father-in-law in Ararat yesterday. The couple had lived unhappily, and Mr. Collie, the father-in-law, remonstrated with Deutschmann. The latter shot him, but'lie was not seriously wounded. Beufcgchrnarm then shot his wife in two places, fatally wounding her. He was afterwards aires ted.
