A GOVERNOR SHOT.
WHILE RECEIVING A PETITION By Telegraph.Press Association.— (Received April 13. 10.5 p.m.) Vienna, April 13. A man named Siczyuski, a Ruthenian, and a student of philosophy, shot and killed Count Potocki, Governor of Galicia, at Lemberg, yesterday, while presenting a petition. The man was immediately arrested. The Ruthonians are a Slavonic people, a branch of the Little Russian stock, dwelling in Galicia and Northern Hungary.
