GOLF.
TOURNAMENT AT KOR 01. A good programme lias been issued for the golf tournament to be held! at Okoroire during Easter. Play will commence on Easter Saturday, the event for that day being a medal handicap competition of 13 holes for ladies, for which three prizes will be given, the first being a gold medal. On the second day (Easier Monday) a medal handicap competition of 35 holes for men will be played. Tie first prize, in this competition is the Okoroire challenge cup (valued at £10 10s). the conditions being that the event be won twice in succession or three times at intervals before the cup becomes the property of any player. The third day (Easter Tuesday) will be devoted to the playing of a mixed foursome competition of IS holes. Entries, which must he accompanied by club handicap, will close with Mr. Thomas Martin (secretary) at Okoioire on Thursday next.
