Public Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Grey Lynn Borough Council, to be held at the Council Chamber, Rose Road, Grey Lynn, on MONDAY, the 11th day of May, 1903, a Resolution will be submitted for the confirmation of the following Special Order, made at a Special Meeting of said Council on Monday, the 13th day of April, 1903, viz. " That ,the Grey Lynn Borough Council dotli hereby by Special Resolution, intended to operate as a Special Order, make the following By-laws to bo known as the Grey Lynn Borough Council By-laws, No. 7." Part 2, in respect of Drainage, provides for the licensing of drain connectors, and fixes the fee for same, regulates the inspection of all drains, and- fixes the fees, fines, and penalties in connection therewith. Part 3 repeals Sections 114 and 115 of Bylaws No. 2, and in lieu thereof provides for the better control over and inspection of all private drains. A Copy of the proposed By-laws is deposited at the Office of the Council, Rose Road, Grey Lynn, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours, until the 4th day of May. 1903. R. H.
