THE REGULATIONS.

No gambling i* allowed in caSHlens and no person who is in the slightest degree "fhder the influent* of alcohol id to bo served. The liquor and stores in any canteen may be inspected bv the O.C. or tho medical officer at anv "time either thinks fit, and the O.C. may close a canteen permanently at. any time should such a benefit be used indiscriminately or the behaviour of soldiersrender such a course advisable. Canteens are not permitted in a.-y military camp in any prohibition district in tha Dominion.
