onehunga club. There was a large attendance at the Onehunga Tenuis Club's gro.iud on Saturday, main interest attaching to the final of the gentlemen's singles, between F. Dunlop and C. L. Mcintosh. Victory rested with Dunlop, the scores being 11—8 in his favour. BIRKENHEAD AND NORTH COTE CLUB. The annual meeting of the Birkenhead and|!Sorthcot6 Lawn Tennis Club was held in the club's pavilion on Saturday afternoon. The balance-sheet submitted showed a sound financial condition. The following officers were elected:—Committee, Mrs, Orniistoil, Miss S. Purdie, Messrs. J. N. Or mis ton and L. vJepkinson; hon. secretary, Mr. J, Sajnervile. Votes of thanks were accorded the ret; ring secretary (Mr. Parker), and the outgoing committee. It was decided to hold a series of entertainments during the winter.
