Sir, Public attention having already been drawn to the manifestly inadequate passageway at •: present existing for combined pedestrian, vehicular, and tram traffic, the question remains: /.What is the most appropriate and effective procedure by which the local and Governmental authorities may be constrained to deal here and now with this matter? Nothing short of the, full chair, width of road,: with pathways, should : he entertained for a moment.
