COUNTY COUNCIL LOAN. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. London, April 0. The London County Council loan of 2f millions has been subscribed over tenfold. The London' County Council in April la»t year issued a loan of £5,000,000 at 3£ per cent., and at a minimum of 97. On that occasion the leading financial houses took half and the public subscribed the remainder twentyfold. The list, was open only a day »nd a-lialf. The loan lias been raited in connection with the big improvement scheme the County Council has in hand.
