MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. A. short sitting of 'he Magistrate's Court was held yesterday, Mr. C. C. Kettle, S.M., presiding. Orders were made in the following cases:—M. J. Cnyle v. T. Hill, £1 2s; W. W. Otter v. H. Maylam, £3 9s; Rachel Bast-en v. Will Banvard, £3 19s 2d;. Elizabeth Garrett v. Hector Campbell, £1 12 DEFENDED CASE. William B&rasdule sued Albert Edward Burch?r (represented by Mr. Styak) for the sum of £25, being the value of" samples of special fish products lent to defendant and not returned. Judgment was given for plaintiff for the sum. of £4 10s and costs, the samples produced in Court to be returned to plaintiff.
