BRILLIANT SCENE IN VENICE

Venice, March 26. King Victor Emanuel and the Kaiser and Kaiserin met to-day, an enthusiastic reception being accorded them. King Victor partook of luncheon with the Kaiser and Kaiserin, and afterwards proceeded aboard the German' Imperial yacht Hohenzollern, where the German Emperor entertained him at dinner. In the evening the warships and gondolas were effectively illuminated.
