AQUATICS.
The yacht Viking wits sheltering at Port Fitzroy yesterday afternoon. The launch Petrel was abserved at Tryphena yesterday afternoon AUCKLAND ROWING CLUB. The double sculling trials for members of the Auckland Rowing Club will lie held tomorrow for trophies presented by Mr. 11. Schmidt, a vice-president of the club. The crews are as follows:—Bloomfield and Allom. Benjamin and Robertson, Lambert and Gentles. Murray and Hapeta, Lovett and Potter, Hellaby and Walker, Davis and Wilson, and Griffin and Midgley. The events will be rowed in this order. JUDGE'S BAY CLUB. The Judge's Bay Model Sailing Club held its second series of races on Thursday, the course being from Judges Bay to Stanley Bay Wharf. The following were the entries and handicapsZoe scratch. Meteor scratch, Huana 4m., Melba 9m., Tiro 12m.. A\aione 17m. Svlvia 17m. Tiro and Waione did not start. ' The finishing times were:—Sylvia, 6h. 50m. : Melba, 6h. soin ; Huaiia. 6h.55m.; Meteor. 7h. 3m. Zee did not finish. Sylvia was first. Melba second, and Huana third.
