DRIVEN AT EXCESSIVE SPEED By Telegraph.Press Association.— London, March 17. Mr. Asquith's chauffeur was fined £4 yesterday for having driven Mr. Asquith at an excessive speed through St. James' Park. The plea of privilege was disregarded by the magistrate.
