The following are the Auckland district candidates, arranged in order of merit, who have passed with credit the Junior Civil Service examination held in December, 1907. In order to pass the examination with " credit" a. candidate mast gain at least 50 per cent, of the total possible maximum of marks assignable. The list does not include the names of any candidates taking the Junior Civil Service examination for any other purpose than to qualify for entry into the Civil Service, under the provisions of the Civil Set vice .Reform Act, 1886.
