Martin Johnson, proprietor of the restaurant in which the fire at Hastings originated, and. who was arrested on a charge of having wilfully set fire to the premises, was brought before the Court to-day and remanded till Thursday. Bail was allowed, himself in £50, and one surety of £50. ,
