Tho Northern Steamship Company's annual summer cruise along the northern coast will take place on February 14. The steamer, the Ngapuhi, which is especially adapted for this splendid excursion, will return on Saturday evening, February 22, after visiting Great Barrier Island, Bay of Islands, Whangaroa, Mangonui, Waiwera, and Kawau. This trip is growing in popularity every year. There is some magnificent forest scenery, and the steamer touches at all the historical places at the beautiful Bay of Islands. The angler is also afforded a splendid opportunity ior sport, as tho sons along the northern coast abound with numerous species of fish. The berthing list is now open.
