CATTLE-DRIVING.
IRISH MEMBER'S INCITEMENT. By Telegraph Frew Association.—Copyright. (Received December 18, 11*.50 p.m.) London, December 18. Mr. Lawrence Ginnell (Nationalist member for Westmeath North), made another inflammatory speech at a League meeting at Moyvore (County Westmeath) last evening. Mr. Ginnell ridiculed the idea that his imprisonment would, as asserted, stop the cattle-driving raids. He hoped the young men would not leave a beast on the Westmeath ranches this winter.
