ARBITRATION COURT PROPOSAL. [BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Wednesday. Sir Joseph Ward has been informed that the, vote of railway workshop hands as to whether they desired to come under the Conciliation and Arbitration Act resulted as follows :— For, 225 ; against, 2154. There were 891 men who refrained from voting.
