Ciiristchußch, Wednesday. At Jo-day's meeting of tho Canterbury Methodist Synod the report of the district secretary of Church property showed that the total trust receipts for the year amounted to £9758 16s Id, as against £4940 5s 8d last year, and the total expenditure was £9796 Is lOd, as against £5383 10s last year. Donations and subscriptions amounted to £4810, as against £854. The amount owing-to the loan fund 'was £1040, as against £1195 last year, and on other securities £7445, as against£72lß. Present debts amounted to £8896, as against £8413, and the total amount of insurances was £54,895, as against £50,476 last year.
