LIONEL TERRY'S ESCAPE.

Ddnkdi.v, Monday. Lioxki, Terry, who escaped from Seacliff last week, was seen on Saturday afternoon at Lindon. He must have crossed there by means of a saddle-track from Sea cliffe, a distance of 40 miles' in a southerly direction. He ; was wearing sandals, and was bareheaded, but, otherwise he was dressed as when he made liis escape. When he was observed Terry was" close to a settler's house, and an invitation to partake of a meal was declined. He then proceeded inland, in the direction : of Middlemarch.
