The 6haremarkefc was fairly active yesterday. In investment lines Now Zealand Insurances sold at 80s, with more on offer at 80s 6d, buyers 795. South British sold at £5 13s 6d, sollers closing at £5 15s and buyers at £5 lis 6d. Gisborne Gas wore done at 525, Kauri Timbers (contributing) at 9s 2d. In mining lines New Occidentals changed hands, at 2id. There was good demand for Old Alburnias, which sold at from Is 2d to Is 8d to Is 6d to Is 8d to Is. 7d, sellers closing at Is 8d and buyers at Is 7d. Thames changed hands at Is 6d and Is 7d, Waiotahis at 3s 4d and 3s sd, Watohmans at Is Id, Old Haurakis at Is 7d, Champions (paid up) at 3s Bd, and (contributing) at 2s 9d and 2s lOd. . Crowns wore firm, selling at 8s lOd and 8s lid, with lato sellers asking 9s and buyers at 8s lOd. Golden Belts were done,at 2s lOd, Karangahakes at 9id and 9<l, Komata Reefs at Is Bd, Tairua Broken Hills-at 4s 3d and 4s. Talismans sold freely at from 54s 6d to 54s 3d to 54s 6d to 53s 9d to 545, late sellers 545, buyers 53s 9d. Waihis sold at £8 13s 3d and £8 13s, more being looked for at £8 12s 6d, with sellers at £8 13s. Waihi Beach sold at Bd, and Waihi Extendeda at 5s 9d and 5s Bd.
