Christcutibcu, Monday. The Canterbury College Board of Governors, at a meeting to-day, resolved to increase the public library subscriptions, with the object of reducing the annual deficit which now accrues. The Board also resolved to procure legal advice as to whether it is solely responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the library.
